In May, three important dates for the Accademia degli Astrusi conducted by Federico Ferri, that will perform on the stages of Brussels (15th May), Madrid (20th May) and Oviedo (22th May) and will present to an international audience, for the first time in the modern era, unpublished compositions by important composers of the Bolognese school of music, including Giacomo Antonio Perti and Giovanni Paolo Colonna.
The project is promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region, which continues the work of appreciation and dissemination of both the cultural and musical local heritage carried out by the Academia, both nationally and internationally.
Since 2010, the orchestra of Bologna collaborated with Anna Caterina Antonacci, world-famous singer, on programs that offer materials either unreleased or seldom represented next to famous masterpieces .
