On the occasion of Cibus 2016, the 18th International Food Exhibition, and the World Food Research and Innovation Forum, in programme from 9 to 12 May, Parma is hosting a UNESCO sub-network meeting including the 13 Creative Cities of Gastronomy and the Italian Creative Cities.
Bologna is called to take part in the working group that will be introduced to the 10th World Summit of UNESCO Creative Cities, to be held from 14 to 16 September 2016 in Östersund, Sweden, Creative City of Gastronomy like Parma.
This sub-network meeting will act as a key platform of dialogue to exchange experiences and perspectives between the Creative Cities of Gastronomy and the other creative categories of UNESCO Network. Moreover, the meeting will give Parma the opportunity to present its own city through a 360° experience with a cross-cutting approach between art, music and gastronomy.
